Well after several years of rumors, the news is finally coming out.  The Gila River Indian tribe announced its intention of building a 120,000 sq ft Casino just south of the intersection of Gilbert Road and Hunt Highway – just 5 miles from Seville Golf and Country Club.  Many local residents are concerned about the increased traffic in the area.  Currently Gilbert and Hunt High only has a stop sign regulating traffic. 

What do you think? Is this a good thing for our area?

 

I (Yalda Alawi) was recently quoted in the East Valley Tribune  article about HOA regulations and how they affect homeowners.  Seville Golf and Country Club is located in an Association, with some areas having two associations, so the article may interest many of you.
