I (Yalda Alawi) mentioned this a few weeks back, and finally had the time to visit Fulton Towne Center - on the South West corner of Ocotillo Road and Arizona Avenue in Chandler – during the Classic Cars Display. Every Friday at 6 PM people get together to see, and be seen with, classic cars. We had many favorites. Which one is yours? My daughter loved the RED one! People in South Chandler checking out the Cars. From Seville head West on Chandler Heights Road until you reach Arizona Avenue, then turn Right and head down one more mile. It will be located on your left hand side next to Lowes and Staples. The cars will be in front of WestUSA Realty – my office. 
On Monday, April 24, 2007 Yalda Alawi was featured, quoted, and even had her picture printed in the local newspaper, the East Valley Tribune. I was interviewed because of my efforts to keep the neighborhoods surrounding the proposed New Casino updated with the latest news and information about the casino.
The new Casino is to be built 1/4 mile southwest of the intersection of Gilbert Road and Hunt Highway in South Chandler, – approx 5 miles South East of Seville Golf and Country Club.

The caption under the photo says we are “upset” about the new Casino, but we aren’t. We are concerned, and we are holding judgment until we find our more information.
In February of this year a Beautiful 4,300+ sq ft home sold in Seville for $1.125 Million. Located in Seville’s custom home area, situated on an almost 1 acre lot, this home had the finest of details and appointments.
Well after several years of rumors, the news is finally coming out. The Gila River Indian tribe announced its intention of building a 120,000 sq ft Casino just south of the intersection of Gilbert Road and Hunt Highway – just 5 miles from Seville Golf and Country Club. Many local residents are concerned about the increased traffic in the area. Currently Gilbert and Hunt High only has a stop sign regulating traffic.

I (Yalda Alawi) was recently quoted in the East Valley Tribune article about HOA regulations and how they affect homeowners. Seville Golf and Country Club is located in an Association, with some areas having two associations, so the article may interest many of you.
Residents and Neighbors of Seville Golf and Country Club don’t miss out on the Ostrich Festival being held this weekend, March 9th, 10th, and 11th. It will be held at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler which is located on McQueen and Germann Roads.
