Interests

I am a full-time Realtor selling all types of homes, representing both home buyers and home sellers. I focus on the Scottsdale area, North Phoenix and the East Valley.

As a pioneer in internet marketing, I founded in 2001 the oldest and largest email newsletter about Arizona real estate, Home Sale News, which now has over 15,000 subscribers. I created in 2006 a blog about the Arizona real estate market, Arizona Real Estate Notebook, which today is one of the most popular real estate websites in Arizona with up to 7,000 visitors per week.

If you follow the Phoenix Suns or Arizona State University football, please let me know because I follow them closely and I would like to know what you think.

Media Quotes

I was quoted in several East Valley Tribune articles including, “Major Upgrades Might Not Be Worthwhile, Expert Says,” and “Dollar Parity Lures Canadian Home Buyers.”

In addition, I was quoted in an Associated Press article on the Arizona real estate market that was printed in The Arizona Republic, The Arizona Daily Star, The Washington Post, The International Herald Tribune, FOXNews.com, MSNBC, ABC News and many other publications but best of all, it was printed in The Des Moines Register where my mother-in-law stumbled upon my name in print one glorious morning!
